Since our establishment, we at Kitakei have created a large network of suppliers and contractors. This network is not only within Japan; it is also expanding internationally. Kitakei can provide interior supplies, plywood, and a wide variety of other items. Kitakei has established a flexible system that will be able to meet any demands: from functionality to comfort, and from environmentally-friendly to energy-efficient housing products.

During our large scale operations, we receive many requests and proposals. In order to better meet the needs of our clients, we at Kitakei have developed a new marketing plan based on free and innovative thinking. Ahead of its competition, Kitakei began offering private brand items from 1978. In spring 2004, this project was reborn as "Sprout Universal." The project (with its concept "human-friendly housing") utilizes the characteristics of blue, orange, and green. We use these characteristics as we make further developments and face new challenges.
Kitakei’s original and unique items, including solid wood materials, 3-layer flooring and wood panels, are imported from overseas. Our “relaxssing wood” brand provides high quality solid wood interior materials that are highly thought of, especially by residents and house builders that are concerned about volatile organic compounds. It is our hope that this brand will enable customers to enjoy high levels of comfort at home.

When building a house, it is not only necessary to provide materials but to provide a safe and reliable construction works system. We at Kitakei strive to provide end users with wooden housing of the best quality possible. We directly deal with and support construction companies all over Japan. Providing housing materials and on-site construction allows us to be an effective, rational, and excellent supplier.

We at Kitakei have a network of retail stores and distribution centers all over Japan. This network enables us to meet the needs of customers quickly and precisely. The knowledge we have built up over 50 years of providing solutions and planning has enabled Kitakei to be a strong force in the creation of housing.
In 2012, with our vision of expanding into the global market, Kitakei built a branch in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
